Headed by former Electronic Arts and Zygna veterans and backed by leading European VC firm, Play Ventures, US based Fincraft is one of the best performing free to play mobile studios to have formed in the last few years. They have managed to successfully launch and scale a series of fun daily ritual games.
Our Role
We were asked to forensically analyse the underlying game data and performance drivers of the business and articulate the growth potential of the business, underpinning this with a robust financial model. Our role has extended to support on the longer term strategy.
Result
The business was able to double it’s UA spend to $3M per month.
